New Product Set-Up | Mandatory Fields

If a Manufacturer clearly defines a Color for a particular product, the Color and color field MUST be completed. It is very important to format the Color the EXACT way the manufacturer formats the word. From the Product Maintenance screen, hit Alt-A , Alt-C . Subcategory Enter in the Product Subcategory for the product within the SubCat field, if applicable. Not every product will have a designated SubCategory. The SubCategory field is a subjective field created for better reporting purposes. If you have questions on available SubCategory fields, there is a SubCategory list available within this Guide including SubCategories available for each Product Category. It is very important this field be completed when onboarding new products.
