If a Manufacturer clearly defines a Color for a particular product, the Color and color field MUST be completed. It is very important to format the Color the EXACT way the manufacturer formats the word. From the Product Maintenance screen, hit Alt-A , Alt-C . Pay to ID Field Enter in the Vendor ID for the specific Vendor. The Pay To ID can be found in the Vendor Maintenance Screen.
