If a Manufacturer clearly defines a Color for a particular product, the Color and color field MUST be completed. It is very important to format the Color the EXACT way the manufacturer formats the word. From the Product Maintenance screen, hit Alt-A , Alt-C . Color Field Enter in the Manufacturer defined Product Color for the product within the Color field, if applicable. Not every product will have a designated Color. It is very important to format the Color the exact way the manufacturer formats the word.
