Sausage and Cheese Dip INSTRUCTIONS Submitted by Nate Allison Brown sausage in a skillet until cooked, and drain the fat. 1 lb Pork Sausage 2 (8-ounce) Packages of Cream Cheese, Room Temp *We substitute one package with a block of Velveeta cheese. 2 (10-ounce) Cans Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (like Rotel, well-drained) 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder Pinch of Salt
