Track My Truck Notifications

Text Initial ETA Receive a text message around 6:30a (EST) with the expected time of arrival for your delivery. Text 15 Minutes Before Arrival Receive a text message about 15 minutes before the expected time of arrival for your delivery. Text After Delivery Complete Receive a text message after your products have been delivered.

Email Initial ETA Receive an email around 6:30a (EST) with the expected time of arrival for your delivery. Email 15 Minutes Before Arrival Receive an email about 15 minutes before the expected time of arrival for your delivery. Email After Delivery Complete Receive an email after your products have been delivered.

Order Tracking

All notifications will include the estimated time of arrival, your purchase order number(s), and the Palmer-Donavin order number(s). If you choose to receive the “After Delivery Complete” notification it will include the actual time of arrival.

Detailed Door Report Notifications Open Door Order Report

The Open Order Report is sent to your email around 6:00a (EST) each day you have an open order. The detailed report allows you to review the doors you have on order, with their detailed specifications, to keep you and your

customer informed. Delivery Report

The Door Delivery Reports is sent to your email around 6:00a (EST) each day you have a delivery scheduled. This detailed report shows the specifications of the doors scheduled to deliver that day. Note: You will not receive an email if a delivery is not scheduled.
