To access Sales Hub visit your Palmer-Donavin Dashboard and click on the PD Sales Hub icon.

Customer Service | Phone Call

When a Customer calls in to Palmer-Donavin, the New Phone Call form will pull up automatically within Sales Hub. If we have the contact information within Sales Hub, you will see specific details auto-populate on the form about the contact and/or the customer that they work for. When you complete the phone call, if applicable, you will select a Wrap-Up Code and save the phone call. It is not necessary to save a phone call if a Customer, Contact, or a Wrap-Up code is not collected on the form.

Customer Service | Request to Add a Contact

To auto-populate Customer/Contact information on the Phone Call form, we must have their information in our system. To add contact information, you can click on the Requests tab and click to add a New Contact. This will bring up a new form that you can complete with the contact’s information.

Sample or Literature Request

To request a Sample or Literature to be sent to a customer, you can complete the form either through the Request page or the Customer page. Once the form is submitted, the request will be handled by the appropriate person.

Search and Filter Views

You can search within Sales Hub using the Global Search which means it looks for the content throughout the entire system, or you can use the Quick Find Search which means the search is focused only within the table that you are searching in. Do not forget that you can use the sort and filter options on each column to look at the rows in a different way and you can also save a view that makes sense for you.

Customer Details

The Customer form is a great place to get a high-level idea of all the activities that we have done or are working on for that specific customer. You can click within each tab at the top of the form to see details and then click within those details to get more information. Prior to meeting with a customer, we recommend viewing this page to see if there are any items that need to be reviewed or discussed.

Customer Service | Job Site Delivery Request

Sample or Literature Request

To request a Job Site Delivery for a customer, you can complete the form either through the Request page or the Customer page. Once the form is submitted, the request will be handled by the appropriate person.

Customer Service | Door Store Change Request

Sample or Literature Request If you encounter an issue or problem within the Door Store, you can submit a request to have it fixed. To do so, you can access the form through the Requests tab and then complete the form. Once the form is submitted, the request will be handled by the appropriate person.
