Customer Service | Phone Call
When a Customer calls in to Palmer-Donavin, the New Phone Call form will pull up automatically within Sales Hub. If we have the contact information within Sales Hub, you will see specific details auto-populate on the form about the contact and/or the customer that they work for. When you complete the phone call, if applicable, you will select a Wrap-Up Code and save the phone call. It is not necessary to save a phone call if a Customer, Contact, or a Wrap-Up code is not collected on the form.
